Hi, we're the family behind Mumbai Mix.
For twelve years we've served thousands of cups of chai, hundreds of curries, countless famous dosas and the Mumbai Toastie that started it all. Along the way we met incredible customers who became friends, shared stories across the counter and built a community we never imagined.
Mum taught us the recipes, Dad was a familiar face to so many customers at the stall, Dimple brings her dietitian's perspective, and now I'm bringing our family kitchen online so those same recipes and stories can live on for years to come.
